Antique Diamonds Onyx Tassels Earrings

These very refined earrings are made in 18kt yellow gold. They are adorned with a rose cut diamond and a piece of onyx. The diamonds are around 0.30ct approximately each (one has a small chip). They come with a tassel made in 18kt gold and can be removed. They enhanced with black enamel line on the top (few traces of wears). The tassels are controlled with the French eagle’s head.
The earrings are from the Victorian era, circa 1880 and they are in very good condition for this period. We call this kind of earrings Dormeuses because women used to sleep with them how they are delightful to wear.
