Heritagem presents: This brooch was made from a drawing of Jean Cocteau, a famous French poet, writer and designer, in 1964. It is the Mistigri Brooch by Hermès. Mistigri is a French name for a cat. The brooch is fully made in 18kt yellow gold. The eyes are in marquise cut emeralds. It is marked with the French eagle’s head, the signature and numbered at the back. This lovely brooch is directly from the Art nouveau era – early 20th century. It represents a trefoil set with a ruby in its centre and another on the stem. Each leaf is set with one rose cut diamonds. The detail is great with the foiled over leafs. It is made in 22kt yellow gold and the pin at the back in 18kt gold. Heritagem presents : A ravishing and very unique brooch. This one has wonderful curving shapes. It features two sparkling old mine cut diamonds on the top and it ends on 2 dangling parts : on one side we have a natural baroque pearl and on the other side we have a fabulous pear cut diamond. The overall was beautifully adorned with diamonds. The topped diamonds are around 0,55ct each (I / SI). They are set on silver and the back is on 14kt. The pear cut diamond is around 0,8 ct : 9.9 x 4.3 x 3.1mm. The pearl is 9.17 mm long and 5.07 large. It is a natural pearl. The diamonds are lively and shiny. There is an approximate total carat weight of 3,70ct (pear cut included). The brooch weighs 8,6gr and it measures 44,25 mm long (1,74) and 29,79 (1,17) mm large. The brooch was controlled with the French hallmarks fro the 14kt gold and silver : the scallop and the swan. This one was made at the end of the 19th century, during the Victorian era. Heritagem presents : This ravishing pin brooch features a classy penguin made in 18kt gold, mother of pearl and painted in black and red enamel. The eyes are made with 2 cabochon cut sapphires. It is in excellent condition. This pin brooch could be wear everyday, it is a funny and elegant touch. It weighs 7,5gr and measures 31,41 (1,2') x 14,1 (0,6) x 10,3 (0,4) mm. It was marked three times with the famous eagle's head, the French hallmark for 18kt yellow gold. On the back off one foot, we can see properly the maker's mark : a J / a lobster / R. It belongs to the French Parisian jeweller Rosseels et Cie.

Heritagem presents : This very unique set is just adorable ! There is a Dove as a brooch and 2 little doves as earrings clips. How lovely are they ! They were beautifully adorned with turquoises and seed pearl. They are both made in 18kt gold and silver. The head of the brooch is moving gently from the left to the right once the pins opened. The eyes of each birds are set with rubies, it is so refined. They come from directly from the Victorian period, c.1880. They are in very good condition. The brooch weighs 10,4gr and it measures 34,11 (1,34) x 36,94 (1,45) x 8,54 (0,33)mm. The earrings are 7,9gr and it measures18,57 (0,73) x 20,95 (0,82). The brooch was marked twice with the French Owl and the earrings with the Owl and the Swan for 18kt gold and silver. We can also see the wild boar 's head on the wing of one of the earring. Turquoises symbolizes hope, courage and self confidence. It also helps to keep friendship alive.
