Victorian Diamonds and Pearl Brooch

A ravishing and very unique brooch. This one has wonderful curving shapes. It features two sparkling old mine cut diamonds on the top and it ends on 2 dangling parts : on one side we have a natural baroque pearl and on the other side we have a fabulous pear cut diamond. The overall was beautifully adorned with diamonds. The topped diamonds are around 0,55ct each (I / SI). They are set on silver and the back is on 14kt. The pear cut diamond is around 0,8 ct : 9.9 x 4.3 x 3.1mm. The pearl is 9.17 mm long and 5.07 large. It is a natural pearl. The diamonds are lively and shiny. There is an approximate total carat weight of 3,70ct (pear cut included). The brooch weighs 8,6gr and it measures 44,25 mm long (1,74) and 29,79 (1,17) mm large. The brooch was controlled with the French hallmarks fro the 14kt gold and silver : the scallop and the swan.
This one was made at the end of the 19th century, during the Victorian era. It s a genuine testimony from this period. . All our items come with either a gemological report or a jewellery report with circa and all useful information.
