A stunning Marquise Diamonds ring. The ring is paved with brilliant cut diamonds. There is an approximate carat weight of 3ct. The diamonds have a nice color and a good clarity : H/I – VS. The shoulders of the ring presents a ravishing millegrain setting. The mount is airy and refined. It is a Marquess ring : its name comes from the smile of the Marquise de Pompadour, the mistress of the French king Louis XV who offered her a ring of the same shape of her delicate smile. This ring a timeless piece of jewellery.
It was controlled with the French eagle’s head and there is also the maker’s mark.
