Belle Epoque Wheat 10ct Brown Diamonds Brooch

Heritagem presents: This lovely brooch features a realistic bird on a branch. The head is adorned with a pearl with a ruby for the eye. The neck is enhanced with 5 turquoises; the feathers are adorned with cabochon-cut rubies and sapphires. It is marked with the French eagle’s head and with the maker’s mark. Heritagem presents: This Edwardian bar brooch is made in 18kt white old and platinum. It is adorned with 4 old mine cut diamonds on a millegrain setting and with 3 pearls which have a nice white greyish colour. The pearls have been tested Natural Saltwalter by GCS lab nº80268-83 It has been tested as 18k gold and platinum. Those brooches were used to attach the jabot on the collar. Nowadays, it could simply be worn on a black jacket, or on a little black dress for the evening.
